Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kazenv's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

Kazenv provides social media marketing services including but not limited to strategy development, content creation, community management, and paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.

3. Client Responsibilities

• • Grant necessary access to social media accounts and platforms
• • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• • Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Kazenv remains the property of the client upon full payment. Kazenv retains the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified.

6. Confidentiality

Kazenv agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kazenv's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

Kazenv reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
